Our companies offer various career opportunities based on skills and education of young people.

It takes much longer time and more energy to find the right applicants for some of the current jobs, mainly for specialized and technically demanding positions, which require the university degree and vocational skills.

Nowadays, advertise the job offer and expect to receive the CVs seems to be quite insufficient. Therefore, we have decided to cooperate with Slovak universities and secondary vocational schools.

At the beginning, we hosted Ms. Marta Kianicová, the dean of the Faculty of Special Technology at Alexander Dubček University of Trenčín, and her colleagues.

The aim of this meeting was to introduce the activities and portfolio of our subsidiaries and thus give the message to the faculty graduates – the potential applicants.

Launching the cooperation that would be advantageous for each party, we offer the university our professional engineers to help the students with their diploma thesis or other student´´ s scientific activities.

A mutual collaboration with this university in the field of the recruitment marketing has started recently, even though our daughter company KONŠTRUKTA – Defence has been cooperating with the Faculty of Special Technology on various R&D projects for many years.

 We believe our job offers will be interesting for skilled and qualified candidates.
